You’re Covered

Physical therapy is a well-covered service by most insurances. Many commercial insurance plans allow you to come directly to your physical therapist without a physician’s referral. Each plan is different so it is best to call your carrier for plan details with questions or concerns. All hemorrhoid treatments and those with Medicare require a physician’s referral.

Just had my third visit to Jones Physical Therapy in Bismarck. Been desperately looking for some relief from neuropathy pain. Doctors don't seem to know what to do about it. My therapist, Mandy, works on my feet, sends me home with exercises and makes suggestions (Epsom salt foot baths, red light therapy etc.). Therapy is helping and I know I chose the right physical therapy clinic, from the therapist to the receptionists, who make you feel so welcome. Now instead of just living with the pain of neuropathy, I'm doing something about it.

My daughter suggested Jones and I was back to no pain in a few visits. Next time I had problems Dr Michael had n\me back to normal in a few visits. I came to Jones PT for help with bladder leakage that I have been struggling with for 30+ years since the birth of my children. I had an outstanding experience at Jones PT with Dr. Michael Berger. After sustaining a knee injury in 2022, standing or sitting for long periods can cause irritation. I visited Dr. Berger on a Friday, knowing I had a vendor show the next day, and he tailored my treatment accordingly. Using subtle motions on my hamstring, followed by a light workout, he ensured I wouldn't be sore on Saturday. The result? I was able to stand and engage with potential clients all day without even thinking about my knee until Sunday. I've been to several physical therapy and massage businesses, but none have had the immediate impact that Jones PT provided. I truly appreciate their expertise and personalized care!
